Meet Vikas Sondhi. He’s the Managing Partner at Huumanize.

Vikas is an entrepreneur through and through. The Cincinnati native has been a supportive partner in businesses active in industries from hospitality and events to marketing and design. Vikas began Opening Minds LLC in 2013, a company that combined event experiences and digital marketing. When Besomebody acquired the business, he took on the role of Senior Director of Digital & Content for the new parent company.

Vikas’ love of music as a teenager built the foundation for a career spanning 25 years as a DJ. In 2020, he followed his passion and formed Sondhi Sounds. He also joined his good friend, Ron Sheth, as the managing partner at Huumanize. Vikas is known as the glue that keeps everyone grounded and balanced. He finds joy in brainstorming, creating, and building meaningful connections.

When he’s not working, Vikas does everything he can to make his family proud. He loves spending time with his wife and son, going on vacation, and being in nature whenever possible. He’s a foodie (yes, snacks!), a Mario Kart master, and has a soft spot for superhero movies. He’s always listening to great music, and his favorite book is The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson.
